PRS 600 SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE: Semi-automatic system is made like a mortar plant. The semi-automatic concrete block machine is designed to work 24 hours. We also have different automation levels and capacities. Machine is very fast and has high production capacity. By changing the mould, the machine can produce different types of hollow blocks, solid blocks, paving blocks, styrofoam concrete blocks, insulated bricks, curbstones, and chimney blocks. the height of the blocks must be between 5cm and 30cm. The equipment list with prices is prepared below with the installation layout. Daily capacity is (8 hours) 6.000 pieces of standard hollow blocks / 400 m² paving blocks.
