The land area is 3700 m² and is intended for growing herbs, vegetables and flowers. There are greenhouses on the site: 6 main greenhouses of 320 m² each and an additional 90 m² seedling house. Four greenhouses are equipped with a drip irrigation system, and two with sprinklers. The territory is fully fenced with wire and wind protection net. White roses are grown in the yard on 300 m², which bear fruit until late autumn and are ideal for commercial activities. The farm is served by a complete infrastructure: an asphalted access road, internal dirt and gravel paths, permanent well water with a high debit and free of charge, electricity, natural gas, an automated irrigation system equipped with a 5-ton water tank, an office container (15 m²) with air conditioning and a bathroom, a work-guard container (30 m²) with an additional bathroom and an individual irrigation point.
